Senior Supplier Engagement Manager - Bristol
Contract - Ongoing
£625 per day - Inside IR35

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Engagement Manager to join the our client at Hinkley Point C. This strategic role is key to building and maintaining collaborative relationships with our client's top suppliers, ensuring the successful delivery of one of the most ambitious energy projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the coordination of HPC's Supply Chain engagement and education initiatives, improving knowledge sharing between HPC and its supply chain.
·Build long-term, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers through a structured Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SSRM) process.
·Ensure the development of integrated, collaborative teams with suppliers that meet national and international standards.
·Oversee SRM project workstreams and ensure alignment with the Supply Chain Management Plan.
·Serve as the Supply Chain representative to the client  and build collaborative SRM approaches with your counterparts at Sizewell C.
·Provide editorial oversight for the bi-annual supplier newsletter and manage supplier engagement events.
What We're Looking For:
·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
·Experience and understanding of Supplier Relationship Management best practices.
·Proven track record in managing governance documentation and action tracking, ideally within nuclear or large-scale projects.
·Familiarity with suppleir management systems and governance frameworks (desirable).
·Basic understanding of NEC and FIDIC contract forms and corporate legal requirements (desirable).
·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI (desirable).
·A strategic problem solver with the ability to work autonomously and manage senior stakeholders.
