SC Cleared Construction Project Manager x 2 - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 18 Months

Contracting Authority: National Crime Agency

Location: London - Hybrid working

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.

As a Construction Project Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Actively plan, monitor and track project deliverables
  • Play a key role in project governance, working with stakeholders to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable the projected benefits to be realised
  • Design the project structure appropriate to stage, selecting and applying relevant delivery methodologies.
  • Ensure benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked and owned.
  • Identify and monitor project risks and issues.
  • Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.
  • Ensure effective change management processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables as agreed with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across the Concordis Team to ensure the whole programme is successful.
  • Engage with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery

You'll have relevant experience in:

Please note we are looking for 2 project managers. One will oversee the redeployment from the old site to the new and the other with will oversee the decommissioning of the old site.

  • Significant experience in the delivery of estates / construction projects, governance and risk control frameworks is essential, ideally within a public sector environment.
  • Relevant Project Management qualifications
  • Experience overseeing a large-scale redeployment or decommissioning project
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in Risk & Stakeholder management
  • Active SC Clearance - please note due to time constraints with this role we are unable to put candidates through SC Clearance. Therefore, we ask that you already have this in place.
