PSEG is looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our Power Uprate initiative at our Salem Units 1 & 2.

🏅 Your Role: Your Impact

  • Lead the design, execution, and installation of power uprate modifications for Salem Units 1 & 2.

  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, to meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to PSEG’s emergency response team.

 


🏆 What You Bring

  • BS in Mechanical, Civil, or Controls Engineering (or related technical field).

  • 13+ years of engineering experience, with at least 7 years focused on Mechanical Design at a nuclear power plant.

  • Expertise with PROTO-Flo, PEPSE and Mechanical Systems Integration.

  • Experience with PWR power uprates and Professional Engineering license highly preferred.
