We need an AWEsome P3M Systems Support Primavera P6 to join our Systems team to support the management and maintenance of a specific suite of P3M tools & systems here at AWE.
Location: Our offices are based in Berkshire, RG7 4PR between Reading and Basingstoke with onsite parking.
Salary Range: £38,140 to £58,000

What does a typical day for a P3m Systems Support (P6) look like?
Helpdesk and Teams Channels Services: Providing supportive and friendly assistance through Helpdesk and Teams channels for a specific suite of P3M tools and systems
Meeting SLAs: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met for Helpdesk and Teams channels
Process Improvement: Proactively looking for improvements in system administration and reporting tasks, adapting processes to meet the evolving needs of the Portfolio Management Office and IS subject matter experts.
Timely and Quality Delivery: Ensuring all system actions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, regularly monitoring progress and addressing any issues promptly
Integration Activities: Contributing to integration activities with the Information Services (IS) team to ensure SLAs are met, maintaining continuity and stability of service for the P3M tools and systems
System Upgrades and Maintenance: Supporting system upgrades and maintenance activities, liaising with stakeholders and the IS team to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption
Specialist Support and Reporting: Providing specialist support and detailed reporting for the P3M tools and systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Technical Strategy Support: Assisting with defining and implementing P3M's technical strategy for IT infrastructure and tools, embracing best practice to improve programme delivery efficiency and effectiveness, including benefits definition and business case production
Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with stakeholders to analyse the P3M business context and help derive the future state of the Technology Architecture
Technology Trends: Staying informed about technology trends and their practical applications and sharing this knowledge to enhance the existing suite of P3M tools and systems

Important things you need to know:
You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
