To enable the successful delivery of our important mission, we are seeking a Handover Manager who can manage, organise and control Handover activities on a portfolio of Projects or single Capital Project.

Package: £42,650 - £65,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

The role of Handover Manager will require you to work closely with Project teams, applying BSRIA soft-landing principals, which will support the successful handover of buildings and facilities. This role will require you to foster key stakeholder relationships with both internal and external customers to keep them informed of a project status and any issues that may impact completion.

We would welcome applications from candidates with experience within the nuclear enterprise under licence conditions or who have delivered projects within high hazard industries.

Though not to be considered a check list, we will be looking for candidates to demonstrate:

  • HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline or have proven experience working in a similar environment

  • Experience delivering nuclear or conventional projects to BSRIA soft-landing principals

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Document control experience

  • Relevant experience in a project delivery role ideally with MOD or other Government Organisation

  • An awareness of supply chain methodologies

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
