Pay, benefits and culture
Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of £37,818 - £40,000 dependant on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a 3% company bonus and a flexible cash fund of £1250 allowance per year. *A £3,500 London allowance will be applied if you live within the M25.
Performance incentive schemes of up to £5000 and overtime opportunities can boost earnings even further.

What you'll be doing
As a Lead Technician, you'll excel in a diverse range of tasks:
- Installing a variety of metering products, from AMR meters to Half Hourly Code of Practice 10, 5, 3, 2, and 1 solutions.
- Maintaining HVCT Central Volume Allocation (CVA) and SVA code 1 and 2 metering systems
- Expertly handling Low Voltage (LV), High Voltage (HV), Extra High Voltage (EHV), Whole Current (WC), and Current Transform (CT) installations.
- Commissioning metering systems (CoP4)
- Mentoring less experienced team members to your level of expertise.
- Safely conducting energisation/de-energisation of metered supplies.
- Providing field-based coaching, over-the-shoulder checks, and imparting technical knowledge
- Collaborating with the operational team to ensure daily schedules are optimized for performance.
- Ensuring all work complies with regulations and safety standards.
- Playing a key role in customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional installation experiences.
Who you are
You're not just a technician - you're a leader in the field. You're a qualified electrician with a hunger for innovation and a commitment to safety.
You're highly experienced, with full competencies including extra-high voltage. You're qualified with C&G, NVQ L3, 2391, 18th edition, and test and inspection certifications, an electrician with a knack for excellence.
Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to liaise seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
